As a mother to a charismatic toddler, I know how easy it is to run on autopilot. The to-do lists are endless, the days are full, and the little moments can slip by if we're not intentional. I constantly remind myself to pause—the dishes can wait—and to be present with my daughter.

I know I'll only get a few more years of being Adelyn's favorite dance partner, rocking her to sleep, answering to "Dr. Mommy" when her tummy hurts, and soaking in all the sweet, ordinary moments that one day will be the memories I miss most.
